This weekend, I had the incredible experience of covering Boardmasters Festival for Cornwall Live alongside Tia Boddey.

Over just two days, we produced 8 bylines, countless live blog updates, and over 70 of our photos and videos were used across Cornwall Live's website and social media platforms.

As a keen photojournalist, I was thrilled that my photos also made it into the round up of best pictures from the festival.

You can find all of our coverage here: https://www.cornwalllive.com/all-about/boardmasters

A number of our articles made it into the 'Top Stories' website column over the weekend and we had some brilliant feedback from our editor John Bett.

"Danielle was professional, skilled, and enthusiastic. She proved herself to be a conscientious journalist, providing constant updates for the live blog and multiple original articles from the patch."

"She particularly shined during interviews and managed to generate emotive and engaging quotes from story sources. She also captured images for her stories and showed herself to be a more than capable photographer."

A selection of our key stories are below...
