2024 - 'How to make the most of an exchange' Blog Series | Falmouth University Website

a three-part series commissioned by Falmouth University, as a guide for students looking to study abroad during their degree. Accompanied by original photos from my travels in New Zealand and personal anecdotes from my experience of the Turing Scheme.

'Thinking about studying abroad? Here’s what you should consider before applying'; 'From flights to flip-flops: Arranging your semester abroad'; and 'The suitcase is unpacked. Now, how can you make the most of your semester abroad?'.


2024 - 'Aotearoa Articles' Journalism Portfolio

a self-published website portfolio of journalism articles from second-year semester abroad in New Zealand. Featuring interviews with the NZ Poet Laureate, Chris Tse; the Cultural Communities and Youth Programme Producer of Auckland Art Gallery, Ellie Lim; as well as covering cultural festivals, and international political protests. The site consists of entirely original photographs and video content.

2023/4 - 'The Drop' Journalism Articles and AV Production | The Drop Website

a series of water-themed journalistic pieces, published on our second-year student website 'The Drop'. Featuring an exclusive interview with Falmouth Book Festival Director, Colin Midson; an investigative piece about the closure of a local beach; an audio piece about Gylly Wellbeing Swimmers; and an investigative video piece about South West Water and water security in Cornwall.

2023 - 'How to make the most of an Open Day' Online Article | Falmouth University Website

comissioned by Falmouth University as a guide for prospective students and their parents. Published on the Student Voices page of the university website.

2023 - 'Marazion Apollo Male Voice Choir' Audio Package | BBC Radio Cornwall

broadcast on BBC Radio Cornwall, this audio piece was originally written, recorded and produced as part of my first-year journalism audio-visual module.

2022 - 'Critical Reception' Short Story | Everlasting Ink Anthology

initially written as part of my English Language A-level coursework, this dystopian short story went on to be published in Everlasting Ink, a Young Writers Showcase anthology.

2022 - 'Before the paint dries' Poem and Sculpture | Porthleven Arts Festival

exhibited as part of the Porthleven Arts Festival, both the poem and sculpture explore our relationship with the ocean and the current environmental pressures of marine pollution.

2021 - 'A Blank Canvas Leaves Room for Colour' Gallery Resource | Tate St Ives

poem written as part of the Still Looking zine for Tate St Ives, with the intention of encouraging visitors to spend longer in the galleries and engage with the art from different perspectives.

2021 - 'Teaching Grandparents to Skype' Satirical Poem | CWU Anthology

published in The Line, an anthology by the Communication Workers Union exploring the theme of connection during the pandemic.

2020 - 'All in My Head' Poem | Cathartic Literary Magazine

published in a digital issue of Cathartic Literary Magazine and also featured on their social media.

2020 - 'Everything Will Be Okay' Children's Poem | Write To Unite Anthology

published in Write to Unite Wonderful Words charitable anthology, raising money for the NHS. Also featured in The Lockdown newspaper edition of the Helston Advertiser.

2019 - 'Planet in Peril' Poem | Fly on the Wall Press Anthology

published in the Planet in Peril charitable anthology, raising funds for the WWF and Climate Coalition. My poem was later performed in America by the UUFNB in 2022.

2017 - Climatology Essay | The Scholar Magazine

published in The Scholar Magazine as part of the Brilliant Club Programme, where I was mentored by a PhD volcanologist to explore the balance between human-induced and natural climate change.
